Cancellation

Service cancellation for post-paid and/or pre-paid services must be made 48 hours before the service schedule.  All cancellations must be made via email at services@saniservice.com or via SMS/WhatsApp at +971 (0)50 1078524

Refund

Saniservice offers postpaid services, therefore, refunds are not applicable.  However, if and when there are pre-paid services rendered, refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
