1. Schedule an appointment

We are available 24/7. A Saniservice customer service expert schedules your free inspection when you call with an inquiry.

2. Inspection Appointment

An inspector and relationship manager visit your premises, where they use a custom app to gather essential information and take pictures to support their findings.

3.  Receive inspection report and quotation

Your inspection results are fed into our information system to generate a detailed report and prepare a quotation for services. Both report and quotation are received within a couple of hours after our visit.   Once you agree, we move into action.

4. Arriving at your premises

Teams are given your GPS coordinates so they can find your location easily without having to call for directions. They will ring your bell precisely at the time of your service appointment.

5. Preparing for the service

Once at your home, the Team Leader will inspect the premises and instruct the team how to prepare for the service by covering all furniture and sensitive surfaces.

6. AC Cleaning

We access and clean your A/C system first, with specialized tools used to access every nook and cranny. We pay special attention to the evaporator coils, fan blowers, drainage trays and pipes, duct and grills

7. Disinfection

Your AC’s evaporators, drainage trays, drainage pipes, blowers, filters, ducts and grills are all disinfected using our 100% chemical free biosanitizer. We even disinfect the air in your room by using a special fogging machine to mist our biosanitizer.

8. Clean up

Your premises are then put back in order, with work areas deep cleaned and all furniture carefully placed back in its original position.

9. Completion report and feedback

Everything done is fed into our information system so you are given a detailed report. Within 24h, we send you a comprehensive report detailing work done, with before and after pictures showing what was accomplished. We also point out components that might need repair or a technical service. Then, we ask you to rate our teams on a five-point scale. Leave a compliment, or register a concern. Our Quality Assurance department also follows up to get your feedback and ensure you were entirely satisfied with your service.
